Alex worked with me in my current role for three years as a coach, right from the time we were launching the shared services function here in Poland.  She also provided some practical leadership training to my team here a couple of years back.  She takes a very pragmatic approach to coaching, and helped me to speak my thoughts out loud, then helping me to think about things from different angles.  Alex allowed me to see that my own behavior would provide most of the answers I sought to the different problems and challenges I faced in my role.  I also learned to look further forward to consider the end results instead of just looking at the next action to take.  I now recognize that slowing down to eliminate knee-jerk reactions is a smarter way to go in most situations.  I changed my view of my role to be one of leading people, showing care and concern, versus just managing tasks and getting things done.  Alex really has helped me to work through some significant business challenges along the way, and I value her as a coach, a trainer, and as a friend
